Yes, ladies and gentlemen, that is a salad! Granted, I’m eating it at 11:00 pm on my (possibly STILL flea infested) sofa in a Jethro Bodine bowl with a Star Wars spork. But here’s the thing: in my fridge, directly at eye level, is a cheesecake. And not JUST a cheesecake. A made from scratch, gluten free, light and fluffy Japanese Cotton Soft Cheesecake that just OHMYGOD is amazing. I can’t even describe this thing. It’s somehow fluffy and not so overwhelmingly rich, but still has enough of that cheesecake texture to make you go, “Omnomnomnom cheeeeesecake…drool…” Or I did, anyway. But I digress, this post isn’t about cheesecake, it’s about how I’m on the road to eating more healthy foods and getting more exercise. Because I am.
Just kidding. This post is totally about cheesecake. 🙂
